In the past, one could speak to someone in the uk, who could fix the problem during the call, but it seems that tech support is now in two tiers, with first line support sounding like it’s in Mumbai, with the techies who know what they are doing unreachable. The first call resulted in an inaudible operator, with several other calls in the background, so hung up. The second was audible, but operator had poor grasp of English, nil tech ability, (have you rebooted your computer level) suggesting a password change. Did that for one mailbox, but still won’t accept login. They said that they would escalate. No communication or resolution. Tried again another day, and they promised to deal with it the same day, but didn’t. Since then, complete lack of communication, very unprofessional attitude and service. Also tried using chat, but that looks like a dumb ai bot. Soothing words and promises, but no action.

So it looks like the outsourcing of support two tier, has been a great success, but not for the customer. Customer support currently gone to the dogs, so will it ever get back to normal ?.
